great building and landlord

Pros

Building is quiet and neighbors are quiet, there have been no major problems. When something small does pop up it is fixed. Landlord/owner is very nice and easy going. Exterminator comes once a week to spray. No rats, very minimal mosquitos/flies in summer only if windows are open, No cockroaches or bedbugs.

Cons

front door is very dirty and could use a good cleaning.

Advice to the owners

it would be nice to have access to the back yard and the option to pay for extra storage in the basement
