Great apartment share
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only 3 units, and each has laundry and a dishwasher. Shared roof (only a few picnic tables up there, but it’s still something).
Cons:
Steep rent increases each year. Eckford and McGuinness are both loud with traffic. A/C is hard, given there are many interior rooms.

Nice Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop is nice, vetting process is good for all apartments, landlord is responsive when there are issues, supervisor does a good job.
Cons:
Purely business, no deals or hand-outs come renewal time. Landlord will show apartment and do repairs with very little short notice.
