BEWARE: absolute scammers
Former Tenant
Pros:
the neighbors are gems ❤️
Cons:
the owners/management co are completely unqualified to run a building. we were forced to move due to five flooding events that the mgmt co was comically bad at handling. the way they speak to tenants is insane, and no apartment is worth the headache 3G property will give you. if you don’t want to be wrongly accused of breaching your lease when you raise concerns about flooding, mold, and sewage in your home, don’t live here.
Advice to owner:
disband your management co, you’re too far gone & there’s no way to fix the leave of issues you have.
