Great 2 bedroom apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super lives around the corner and is very responsive whenever we had any issues. The apartment was really clean and in good condition when we moved in. You can tell the property management company cares about keeping their apartments up to date!
Cons:
We had a cockroach problem in our kitchen for a few months. They initially did not want to call an exterminator and kept sending the super until we insisted that we needed an exterminator. After the exterminator came the issue was resolved within a few weeks.
Advice to owner:
It would be nice if you all got some sort of online payment system to pay rent instead of having to mail rent checks each month
