Great building, ok management

Pros:
location is unbeatable and the units themselves are very nice. small and quiet building, easy laundry access and generally well kept
Cons:
management is difficult to reach. the super when he comes is very good but it can be very difficult to get a hold of anyone when you have an issue. can tell they are spread very thin
Advice to owner:
Have dedicated staff for each property

Small Rooms, but Nice

Pros:
Great light and open floor plan. Outdoor spaces are nice, every apartment has at least one.
Cons:
Walk-up can be exhausting. Roof is unfinished.
Advice to owner:
Finish the roof! That is a huge value-add and could be reflected in the rent.
