Recommend great apartment

Pros:
I enjoyed my time here with very little complaints. Rent stabilized . Flexible and responsive landlord.
Cons:
Although it is rent stabilized, went will go up within the allowed range

Rent stabilized, standard NYC walk-in, owner appeared to be nice
Cons:
Super was terrible and did not want to help, generally did not take care of building at all
