Good location and space
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooms are pretty large. They really have good garbage management so I doubt there was been actual problems with rats etc. Nothing beats the location to be honest, it’s near the subway entrance and McCarran Park, and all the other good stuff (bars, restaurants, etc)
Cons:
No dishwasher and it can get noisy if you’re staying in the rooms facing Manhattan Ave. They also controlled the heat. I personally get warm easily so it was annoying trying to find balance between opening the window and turning off the radiator.
I was subletting for about 7 months and my roommates mentioned that they do have communication issues with super/management. It is hard to reach them if you needed them to fix some issues. At one point, they had a gas leak in their unit and others as well.
