New Owners Raise Rent in Height COVID lockdown
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors & neighborhood
Cons:
Raised rent and non-stop tearing down and building with jackhammers even on Saturdays during height of lockdown. Unresponsive or take long to respond about basic needs like fumigating and checking building for pests.
Advice to owner:
They’re showing you fancy newly renovated apartments but the building is old, has ton of plumbing , gas and heater problems and falling apart.
