A former tenement freshly painted
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is great
Cons:
There is nothing great about this building. Needs some attention to common areas like outer halls and floors in lobby

Beware this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was affordable and quiet.
Cons:
We had an ongoing bed bug issue that the landlord / management company failed to address in a timely manner. It caused a lot of anxiety and I would not recommend this building.
