Horrible Landlord & Neighbors

Pros:
On the surface the house looks renovated
Cons:
the roof leaks, the plumbing is old & backs up, the landlord refused to fix plumbing & roof, water came through the ceiling & went unfixed, the landlord took no responsibility for maintenance, sewage came through the basement, the floors and so thin that noise travels throughout, the landlords will steal your security deposit and blame you for their lack of maintenance
Advice to owner:
they should not be landlords, they lack every possible skill to work in property management.

Only one other apartment in the building, so it is quiet
Cons:
The building could have thicker doors at apartment entrances

Pros:
The location is amazing. Apartment is nice and I like the washer/dryer balcony and size
Cons:
The owners are rude, and not on top of issues that come up. We were without gas for four months before it came back on and there were tasks that I asked them to fix before I moved in that were never completed. I had to do a lot on my own and at my own expense, including gettin the heat turned back on.
Advice to owner:
Learn the responsivilities of being a landlord
