Andrew, the landlord, may have a bit of a tough New York facade, but he’s a great landlord. He’s responsive, never once ignored a text from me, and always had issues fixed right away. In New York City, that’s the best you could hope for.
Nothing. We had no issues while living here other than a short lived mice issue.
