Pros:
There are three apts in the whole building ( one per floor) and the neighbors on both floors are AMAZING. Landlord Andy is great, location is everything. Spacious apt
Cons:
Laundry room could be updated and stairs in building cleaned
Advice to owner:
Just clean the stairs in the building so it doesn’t take away from how cute. Maybe redo the front porch?
