    the neighborhood is great
    Cons:
    landlord is a complete psychopath with no boundaries and no care. will constantly be at the house. will lie on you and will inconvenience your life for no reason. he is evil, do not live here.
    Advice to owner:
    get a hobby and a life and some empathy for others. you treat people horribly and you need to see yourself for who you really are
