Very greedy landlord

Pros:
The location is really nice and I really liked all the neighbors. As it’s an old building there is also rent stabilization. But got a new deal so happily moved out of there.
Cons:
The landlord is an absolute greed. Does nothing if he doesn’t not need to, had to call 311 a bunch of times to get things done. I had roaches, mice and a water leaks during the time I lived there and he also makes you send in dated checks for all of your stay there.
Advice to owner:
Sod off
