Great building in a prime location with a great local landlord

Pros:
It’s newly renovated with brand new appliances. The construction is great and not done cheaply or by cutting any corners. There’s a virtual doorman which I love. There’s laundry in the basement that is $2 per load, with quarters. The ceilings in the apartment are also nice and high.

The landlord is a local who renovated the entire building himself. He really cares about the building and keeping it well maintained. He accepts rent via PayPal which is so nice compared to checks.
Cons:
There’s no true closets in the apartment. The walls are also thin so you hear people in the hallway pretty clearly. The street and neighbors are local Polish families who don’t like noise so something to keep in mind.
