Pretty solid building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Good Garbage Management
- hallways are decently cleaned
- rear units are extremely quiet
- no noisy neighbors, family friendly
Cons:
- heat could be turned up a bit
- windows are a little old and not well insulated
- owner is not responsive
- backyard has a lot of potential but is inaccessible
Advice to owner:
More frequent/deeper cleaning of hallway, improvement of windows and mailboxes, back yard access would be rad, rent payment online/ACH or something digital

Don’t do it
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super was great!
Cons:
There was a horrible bed bug infestation for the first 6 months I lived there. The owner denied it for a long time. It was fixed eventually but I had lots of mice after that. Very depressing, shitty place to live even though the price may be cheap for the neighborhood.
