Clean, new appliances
Extremely cold in winter, leasing company only focuses on increasing rent drastically
Central air, dishwasher and washer and dryer in every unit.
Cheap fixtures and sterile lighting. Poorly insulated so electricity was expensive. WAY too expensive for what it is.
