Nightmare On Hausman Street
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are walls and a roof
Cons:
Worst management company I have ever encountered. Where to even begin - * Floors are crooked - dressers won’t even close their drawers properly. *Zero wall insulation - you can hear the neighbors from the next building when they take a shower, sneeze brush their teeth. * Upstairs neighbors steps are so loud you can’t focus on anything. * Poor water pressure, clicking pipes. * Hot water lasts for 7 minutes tops, brown water. * Garbage is not being collected regularly and usually accumulates outside. * Water leaks and there are no fixes or answers.
Best part - Good luck getting an answer when you reach out to the Building Management. Useless and very unprofessional. And all of that “joy” for $5000+ a month and each year the rent goes up another 10%. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT RENT AT THIS BUILDING! Google the name of the management company of this building and make sure to never rent any of their properties.
Advice to owner:
Sell your properties to people who care about their tenants.
