Loved living here

Pros

Delores and her sons were incredible at taking care of the building and they responded to issues immediately. We left after the shut down because we wanted a larger apt but we loved every minute living at 201 Engert

Cons

The BQE is loud but not something that can be controlled by the owner and the pros made up for it!

Advice to the owners

Keep doing what you’re doing!!!
