Lovely Quiet Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively large apartments in a rent-stabilized building. The neighbors are friendly and you're close to the park and all basic needs. Pretty solid response time from the landlord as they live in the building.
Cons:
It's tilted pretty insanely and they've left one unit empty for some time. Currently, there has been construction happening outside legal hours and there have been small issues around that. There are also some leaks in the roof that are questionable.
