Rooftop access

Cons:
Don’t rent one of the rooms adjacent to the highway. They’re loud and the whole building shakes. The rooms aren’t regulation size to be considered rentable rooms. There was no window in our public space or decent ventilation for the kitchen. The dryer is always broken and the landlord is extremely slow to respond. Trash piles up on the roof and no one picks it up. Landlord will hike the price up as much as they can.
Advice to owner:
Stop cramming so many tenants into spaces that aren’t code compliant. Replace the dryer instead of lying about it being fixed. Do something about the trash accumulating in the roof.
