Rat hole right on the front stoop
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
this building is disgusting, it has a rat burrow on the front stoop (sink hole in concrete) and they never take out the trash, instead opting to let pile 10 feet in the air and spill into the sidewalk. Literally the trash is taken out MAX once every 2 months! Rats outside and mice inside.
Advice to owner:
Do literally any maintenance

Disgusting unsanitary slumlord management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to mcgolrick park, washing machine (drier doesn’t work!) and dish washer
Cons:
They never take out the trash ever. Rats scurry by entrance morning noon and night. Impossible to reach super or landlord. Leaks. Weird gunk spews from pipes. Lights fall from ceiling without repair. Holes in front of the door in sidewalk where rats scurry. Pollution. The building shakes from the BQE. Landlord is anonymous and impossible to reach. Raised the rent $1000. Never ever rent a home by choice property. You’ve been warned
Advice to owner:
Bulldoze the property or sell to someone who respects the tenants
Over 1 year ago
Unlawful negligence from management and corporate office
Former Tenant
Pros:
Size, rent stability, appliances, neighborhood
Cons:
Repair negligence, rodent infestations, years of broken buzzer, multiple lights fell and shattered in hallway, garbage is rarely taken out on time and usually overflowing, no signage on door, nefarious leasing actions
Advice to owner:
Be communicative and lawful. Management and emergency line is almost always “mailbox full”
