landlord of my dreams

Pros:
- honestly have no complaints - landlord was an angel, any maintenance problems were fixed ASAP - noise cancelling windows
Cons:
- next door to a bar (also a pro, but loud at night sometimes) - a little far from trains
Advice to owner:
never change, thanks for being the best landlord ever!
