Management was extremely slow to respond or non-responsive to frequent request for repairs. Repairs to sink and door were made hastily and fell apart again quickly. When they did show up to make repairs, people sent by management repeatedly entered without wearing a mask even after we asked multiple times for them to please mask in our apartment because one of our housemates is immune compromised.
Advice to owner:
Responsiveness to tenant requests and considering tenant health is important.

Great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great management, windows / light, and smart layout
Proximity to Mcgolrick Park, which used to be clean and safe before Covid.
Cons:
The management did not take care of the building and tenants started throwing wild parties all days of the week. Nothing was done. Cops constantly being called.
Advice to owner:
Better screening process and more action to poritect good paying tenants
