Good location, terrible building

Pros:
Good location and decent price
Cons:
The landlord was never around and would not provide help when needed. If you get locked out - good luck. cause hes not there to let you in. Roaches or mice? he won’t pay for a decent bug trap or mouse trap. The kitchen layout is gross and tacky, and the hardwood floors are so scraped up it looks dirty. Landlord wouldn’t take any requests seriously and was shady with money.
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive to the tenants wants and needs. Be around to actually help.
