It was Just Meh

Pros:
Location was great, and the set up was nice.
Cons:
The hallway was always dirty.
Advice to owner:
Get a consistent super to clean the halls.

neglected building that seems nice

Pros:
hot water and pressure are the best i’ve ever had
landlord is decent at fixing most problems
Cons:
ROACHES, decades of dirt and grime, bare minimum upkeep, everything done as cheap as possible, downstairs neighbor died in the common hallway and landlord took two days to clean up the floor after the police removed his body
Advice to owner:
try living in one of your units and see what it’s like
