good location, close to L/G train and central williamsburg
Cons:
very loud if you live on BQE side of building, people sometime will steal packages from lobby since there's no doorman

Clean, well maintained, great subway access
Cons:
Proximity to BQE, some neighbors are louder and had parties on more than one occasion that disrupted other tenants.

Pros:
Very nice and clean, elevator building. Love that the laundry is on the 2nd floor with great natural light. Makes doing laundry so much nicer.
Cons:
Wish the mailroom was more organized for packages but other than that the building is great.
