Location is great In unit utilites Layout is ok Balcony Quiet despite being by the BQE Natural light Rent is good
Cons:
Garbage in the front of the building Walk up Infront of kings co which has lots of delivery people hanging out No amenities in the building

Pros:
I loved how responsive and timely the management company was. I lived in the same unit for 3 years and wouldn't have moved if I wasn't moving in with my bf. It could be loud when there was a show at Union Pool but only really in the summers.
Cons:
It is hard to get in touch with management during the high holidays at times.
Advice to owner:
None! I enjoyed living there.
