Good location, bad management

Pros:
Great location, updated space, one and a half bathrooms
Cons:
Terrible management, unresponsive building manager, cockroaches, trash was always piled up outside the property
Advice to owner:
Be more efficient/responsive

Great until you need the landlord

Pros:
The building is generally well kept and it's located on a quiet street. The location is top notch and each of the rooms get lots of sunlight.
Cons:
The landlord here is extremely unresponsive and this has been agreed upon by the building tenants... The landlord does not like to be contacted by multiple tenants so there needs to be a designated individual in your apartment that speaks to the landlord directly.

The building walls are really thin between roommates and each unit. You will hear your neighbors if they are throwing a party or if they are in their living rooms and watching a movie.

The biggest con is when packages get stolen and the landlord does not do anything to prevent these incidents.
Advice to owner:
Please provide tenants with the super's number as soon as they sign the lease.

Beautiful and newly renovated on an amazing block, very quiet
Cons:
You can sometimes feel the building shake from the subway and the walls are thin
