Don’t do it unless you have to

Pros:
Location, marble steps, neighbors are trustworthy
Cons:
Pest control is bad! Rats and roaches all over. No elevator on a 5 story walk up. We had a dead person in one of the apartments for 2 weeks and management did not listen to the multiple comply of a foul smelling odor due to that. Neighbors also have a bunch of unkept pets that gas drinker up the building and management does not care.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and fix the garbage situation so it does not bring rats and roaches please
