-Attentive landlord -great location -lots of space -close to laundry

Cons

-Heat can be excessive at times -Noise in front bedroom is a lot, on a busy road -appliances somewhat outdated but get the job done -lack of natural light

Amazing service, Hard to find amazing landlords like this.

Pros

Responsive landlords, really made me feel like family. Mikes son, Anthony is so kind and responsive for his age. Really see a bright futures ahead, if I’m ever back in NYC this would be my first option!

Cons

Tough to find parking in the area, spots are available to rent around the block.
