Large apartment in Williamsburg
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pros: Very large apartment Has outdoor space Laundry in unit Pet friendly
Cons:
Cons: Owner is hard to get into contact with at times and can be a bit difficult to talk to about problems with the unit. Very high rent The unit is always in need of repairs so expect maintenance to be inside the apartment often. Can easily hear your upstairs neighbors. Heating is gas radiators so it gets insanely hot in the unit each winter. Unit layout is strange and makes moving in furniture very cumbersome. No parking unless willing to pay an extra $250/month. Almost no natural light. The entire bottom floor floods anytime it rains heavily.

Nice spot in BK
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area is great for getting on the L or G train. The apartment is huge. And the maintenance guy is very nice.
Cons:
The apartment has lots of little things that continually needed to be fixed
Advice to owner:
None. Doing good
