Ok building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like how centrally located the building is-in between williamsburg proper and bushwick. Not as much gentrification as other areas of bk which to me is a good thing. All kinds of conveniences nearby I like having a small balcony. Mgmt company always quick to reply.
Cons:
Garbage is on the 5th-top-floor of the building which doesn’t even make sense. More work for me who lives several floors down not to mention the super who has to haul it all down twice a week. The common walls and floors and always dirty. During the winter, the lock to the building door doesn’t lock half the time which has resulted in stolen packages. If you are in an apt facing grand st, there is LOTS of street noise at all hours of the day. I have to sleep with a sleep app blasting by my head to drown it out.
Advice to owner:
Keep common areas cleaner and fix/replace building door lock.
