Pretty good apartment

Pros:
The apartment is big. Not too far from the trains which is nice. We had some issues with leaks, and that was annoying. But they eventually fixed it.
Cons:
The street is pretty loud since it’s grand street. Management was okay. For the most part our requests got fixed but sometimes they did a poor job and would have to come back.

great location, huge common space, great in winter
Cons:
unbearable in summer + roaches, building is basically rotting

The laundry room is abandoned

Pros:
Lots of light coming into the apartment, elevator
Cons:
The laundry room in the basement is not maintained at all and has flies and a foul smell coming out of it. Red flag for the management.
