From good to really bad

Pros:
Good location, renovated space
Cons:
No fire hydrants, elevator is broken, roof is falling apart, in my second year when my former roommates moved out, my landlord moved me in with a 40 year old roommate who doesn’t pay anything and is a threat to my safety. Did not give me any notice. Landlords “solution” was to move me to the second floor for double the rent or to crown heights.
Advice to owner:
Disrespectful and uncooperative
