Great place to live

Pros:
Honestly almost everything. Exposed brick in every room, wood floors, high ceilings. The noise from Grand St can be a little loud, but the back of the building is very quiet. Great backyard, always plenty of hot water, and the heat is good in the winter.
Cons:
My only real complaints are that there is no doorbell, so sometimes packages get held at the post office, but like 80% of the time they leave things at the business at the front of the building with the super, so it's not so bad.
There's also no big communal trash cans or anything, so if you have trash that needs to go out and it's not trash day, too bad. We've gotten used to it, but it would still be nice to have.
