Large apartment with big rooms and storage

Pros:
The light, everything was kept up painted cleaned by the landlords. They live in the neighborhood and are so attentive to their tenants
Cons:
Traffic from grand st can be pretty noisy but ear plugs do the trick!

Meh not the best not the worst

Central to subway, lots of places to eat.
Cons:
Lived here for 6 years, things went downhill. Keeping garbage in apartment sucked. Entrance never cleaned. Old building, heating was not good.
Advice to owner:
Clean and let tenants know before you enter their unit, this is illegal.

Very loud and disrespectful Neighbors

Pros:
- Tall ceilings, large apartment.
Cons:
- Entrance, stairs and windows never cleaned.
- Very difficult to receive packages
- Random strangers go through your trash and therefore it often doesn’t get picked up on garbage day.
- Landlords stop by unannounced frequently without notice. Sometimes enter apartment without permission when you are not home.
- Hot water is either piping hot or cold, no in between.
- Very loud street and neighbors on third floor. It is an old building so you will hear stomping at all times of the day. Current neighbors above are loud and like to listen to music/have parties often.
- The heating in the building is controlled by the spa on the ground floor, so prepare to be very hot all winter and spring long. Needless to say, do not recommend.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building, do not take shortcuts - hire actually people to fix problems (DIY is not working), do not enter tenants apartment without them knowing.
