Great building, horrible management

Elevator, nice, new building
Cons:
Management is unresponsive, took 20 days to return our security deposit and was MIA throughout our lease.

Pros:
Top appliances and beautiful finishes
24 access to rooftop with amazing views
Building maintenance is constantly present
Landlord is very communicative
Windows are triple glazed
Very spacious apartments with outdoor spaces and balconies
Area has an abundance of eateries and entertainment
Elevator on site
Cons:
The modern heating system is costly in the winter.
The street is busy and noisy at times
There is only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire building
Advice to owner:
Overall this is a very good landlord
