Absolutely Terrible

Pros:
Literally nothing. This landlord is incredibly negligent.
Cons:
It is the middle of winter and we haven't had heat or hot water in days. Everything is freezing. The landlord does not have a working phone number or website. They will not respond to emails. This happened last winter as well. They never respond to emails in a timely manner. There is regularly trash in the hallways. The sidewalk is also typically covered in trash. The front door has also broken numerous times locking people both in and out of the building. They will not fully fix things, just temporary jobs by their own unlicensed labor that break again and again. There is no regular maintenance on the building. Lights go out in common areas and no one comes to fix it until you email them for weeks.
Advice to owner:
I respect that they are Hasidic, but that is not an excuse to not be contact-able or able to take care of your building on weekends. Hire a super to be available.
