Great landlord

Pros:
Amazing space, lots of storage. Landlord super responsive and nice. Calm street, even though it’s near the BQE
Cons:
Old cabinets, but they’re in good shape. Organic waste management was awful. No secure mailboxes.
Advice to owner:
Get mailboxes with locks. Update cabinets

Very spacious. Location. South facing windows with decent view.
Cons:
Noise from bqe
Advice to owner:
Perhaps install better noise blocking windows in bedrooms. Maybe remove or refuse awning on windows.

A Great Apartment

Pros:
Very responsive owner. Not very modern but homey in a comforting way. Incredibly quiet street but near a ton of things
Cons:
There is some noise from the BQE but you learn to get used to it. First floor gets no direct sunlight
