Nice building and location, but greedy landlords make this place not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and size of place is great. The appliances were not new and some parts of the fridge was missing and the ice machine did not work.
Cons:
The washing machine in the basement was weird. The hearing and air-conditioning is electric so the utility costs can be expensive.
The biggest con is the greedy landlord. Any time the housing market is tight, they lie and say relative wants to move in and then raise the rent as high as 50%. It is disgusting. I would not move here because there is no guarantee that they are interested in long term renters. They just want money.
