Pros:
Location, price, size of rooms
Cons:
There’s a recently renovated unit on the first floor where I moved in and was super excited for the price and size of the room and amenities offered.
Only to discover later the apartment is rat infested, you literally can hear rats running back and forth under the floors and inside the walls! Summer came and gigantic flies also started coming out of the walls and I’m pretty sure there’s mold. Management did nothing and pretended like it was first time they were having this issue. Please avoid this place at all costs!! Just look at how many violations they have!
