Avoid if you can
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rent is cheap, the landlord lives outside of the country.
Cons:
The landlord has an affinity for illegal operations. Almost everything is done outside legal boundaries.
Advice to owner:
Get your act together, you might go to jail.
