Hidden Gem

Pros:
Each unit is laid out very nicely. Bedrooms are not facing other units.
Outdoor spaces for every unit, pretty good sound proofing, dishwasher, true one bedroom, tons of storage space.
Management is super responsive and friendly.
Fair rent as well!
Cons:
Wish there was an outgoing mailbox, laundry option.
Trash storage isn’t the most aesthetic and could use a few more bins.
Only has spectrum available.
My unit gets way too hot in the winter time, but I hear others are too cold.
Advice to owner:
Thanks for keeping a safe and clean building! Wish there were some additional amenities, but other than that one of the best landlords I’ve had.
