Pros:
Well maintained building in a great location! Management office is in the building directly behind, so easy to get in contact with them.
Cons:
Could hear my neighbor fighting in their unit, but they moved out

Great building in an up and coming neighborhood. Good space for price. Clean with good appliances.
Cons:
Ownership refused to be flexible during Covid. Kept security deposit
