A formerly nice building, falling apart
Pros
The apartments are a unique layout and, while not cheap, a good bang for your buck.
Cons
The building is falling apart, with constant pest and appliance problems. Everything that can go wrong has gone wrong and it is a never-ending cycle of contacting the super. The management company is rude and unresponsive, they do not really care about tenants since they make more money if you leave due to stabilization laws. The superintendent is great and does his best.
