Nice building amenities, crap build
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gym, laundry room, lobby with great doormen
Cons:
Roof deck wasn’t open for the entire 4 years I lived there. Loud construction. Pool only open for short periods each week and hot tub often out of commission.

Pros:
Amazing amenities and great location by the park. Love our pool and Gym. Lots of natural light and great city view. Rooftop is huge and it has dog spa for your pup
