A true home of 4 years

Pros:
The building and its apartments truly have all the bases covered – responsible and responsive management, clean premises, virtual doorman, quiet and polite neighbors (some are families). All apartments have a VERY sensible layout, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, outdoor areas. No extravagant amenities, but tenants can secure a storage space in a building across the street managed by the same company.
Cons:
The only true con is inefficient AC units that double as heaters in the absences of central heating. Electric bills can be dumb high sometimes and the units malfunction (thankfully maintenance staff are amazing and can fix it all).
Advice to owner:
Please switch the AC units and maybe update the laundry setup to a more modern one
