They evicted my grandma
Former Tenant
Pros:
I honestly can’t think of any good things of this apartment. For my entire upbringing the apartment continuously deteriorated and we wouldn’t receive repairs unless we did it ourselves.
Cons:
This is the building I grew up in and while I moved out, my grandma stayed. She was evicted after years of harassment by the landlord. He wouldn’t fix the floors that were reduced to the wood below the floor tiles. The roaches were always crazy. The bathroom was falling apart and all of the cabinets and appliances hadn’t been replaced in over a decade.
