I had a gorgeous apartment.

Management not only doesn’t care, but will do things to harm you. Doesn’t fix anything. Rats, roaches, etc

Great location and apartment was cute
Cons:
Owners care 0% about anything, will lie and cheat tenants. These are rent stabilized units. They don’t care if you have rats or roaches (had both living here) or mold!
