Absolutely awful, not worth it.

Pros:
I had a gorgeous apartment.
Cons:
Management not only doesn’t care, but will do things to harm you.
Doesn’t fix anything.
Rats, roaches, etc
I also had an electrical fire and they did nothing, didn't even send a real electrician.

Great location and apartment was cute
Cons:
Owners care 0% about anything, will lie and cheat tenants. These are rent stabilized units. They don’t care if you have rats or roaches (had both living here) or mold!
